IT IS RECOMMENDED TO COMBINE TECHNIQUE AND FLOW CLASSES IN YOUR WEEKLY EXPERIENCE FOR THE BEST RESULTS. 

BAD GIRLS CLUB.  you know you've always wanted to be a bad girl.  this class is for you.  the class starts and finishes with YOU feeling sexy, strong and well...just downright the baddest.  you can expect hot music and bad to the bone movement with a conditioning warm up.  we often tell people to think fight club with lipstick.  once you take this class, you'll understand why "bgc" is going to become part of your weekly routine and how you'll look forward to all the explaining you'll have to do once you become a "bad girl" at the lab.

BALLET.  the determining factor for brilliance in movement.  barre technique and the "how to" on moving beautifully.  wonderful center and across the floor progressions. our version of the traditional form - ballet. 

BALLET BASICS. Ballet Basics is for anyone WITH PRIOR BALLET TRAINING. This is not a beginner class. We will be working on tightening up your dance technique so you can get the most out of all your classes, rehearsals and/or performances. Class will include Barre, Floor Barre, Center and Across the Floor exercises. Appropriate Ballet attire requested.

CONTEMPORARY.  our most popular class. an incredible blend of ballet, jazz and modern. dynamic phrases and unstoppable good vibrations. this class is filled with feel-good, fluid movement.  a great options for dancers wanting a blend of styles in their arsenal. 

FORMULA 1 CONTEMPORARY.  you want to move this way.  your body is begging to do this. this class is perfect for the mover not quite ready to embark on complicated phrasing and crazy terminology but who wants to move beautifully through space to amazing music without worry.  recommended to cross train with formula 1 ballet and jazz for most effective results and pleasurable experience.

FORMULA 1 HIP HOP.  the fundamentals to ignite a feel good hip hop experience for beginners or dancers of all levels just wanting a bangin' workout.  a killer introduction to hip hop movement with awesome music for a heart pumping, soul satisfying good time. bring your friends, this one is most enjoyable as a crew.

HIP HOP & CONDITIONING.  like a beaker to a flame, temperatures will rise in this favorite dance genre - hip hop. expect killer choreography and a huge variety of styles with many guest instructors from the industry.  caution: music may contain explicit material.    

JAZZ STYLES/JAZZ TECHNIQUE/VEGAS JAZZ.  our favorite technique with all its many styles. velocity, lines and explosive solutions resulting in great momentum for progress in jazz.  with all the good stuff, it is quite possibly the most applicable and versatile dance genre there is. our jazz class gives you the elements to success in executing any type of athletic dance movement.  think incredible conditioning warm up and stupid good phrases across the floor with challenging yet mind thrilling combos.

MODERN FLOW. our answer to modern. it is grounded and genius. beautiful phrases, incredible sounds, unthinkable combinations of impact-free movement.  some funky and quirky interpretations of the traditional form will have you challenged in all the right ways.  we push progress with this genre and the way you feel after class will leave you understanding why.  the "25 and up" dancer will also appreciate the gentle (body friendly) approach of warm up, across the floor and choreography.  

Power Hip Hop Yoga. this class brings the heat. you’ll connect breath with movement as you flow through a vinyasa power sequence to detoxify, exhilarate, and build strength with an amazing full-body (and mind!) workout. the best part? the playlist is fire: an energizing mix of today’s hottest hip hop with your favorite throwbacks. it’s the perfect blend of sweat & serenity. all levels.

TAP.  awesome rhythms and sounds made by your most precious of body parts, ya feet! tap shoes required to get the full experience.  

YOUTH CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BALLET.  the determining factor for brilliance in movement.  barre technique and the "how to" on moving beautifully.  wonderful center and across the floor progressions. our version of the traditional form - ballet.  Int/Adv Levels 1.5 hours.

BALLET/TAP.  a great introduction combo class for ages 5-7 and 8-10.  45 minutes full of positive energy, awesome discipline and impeccable dance education in both genres. ballet will provide the foundation of dance terminology, proper alignment in dance technique and an awesome weekly barre exercise to strengthen and condition while the tap element will emphasize tap vocabulary, rhythm and coordination.  ballet shoes and tap shoes required.  any color leo and tights.

CONTEMPORARY.  our most popular class. an incredible blend of ballet, jazz and modern. dynamic phrases and unstoppable good vibrations. this class is filled with feel-good, fluid movement.  a great options for dancers wanting a blend of styles in their arsenal. 

CONTEMPORARY & IMPROV FUSION.  a beautiful mix of our favorite things.  each week will feature a new movement quality ranging from the fluidity of contemporary to the technical prowess of ballet.  after each warm up and phrase indulging session, dancers will have the opportunity to be inspired and move their bodies through space with guided improvisation exercises and plenty of freeform expression.  

CREW. we are looking for dancers ages 8-18 wanting to take their experience to the next level.  highly awesome performance and competitive opportunities available!  we focus on the art of dance movement and dedicate ourselves to progressive choreography and concepts.  crew classes are "audition" only.  inquire at front desk.

PRE-K .  the best way to discover dance.  ages 3-5.  45 minutes of creative movement and ballet exercises that will have your "mini me" rockin the stage (and your kitchen...and the grocery store...etc).  any color leo and tights and ballet shoes required.

PRE-POINTE/POINTE.  all levels of pointe welcome (recommended at least 3 years of ballet experience and minimum age of 11).  heavy conditioning ballet barre work in flat or pointe shoes. strengthening exercises focusing on the feet and ankles.
